Delivery and order preparation
For our Contrado-made pieces, please allow approximately 7–10 working days from placing your order to UK delivery, including production and shipping. These pieces are made to order. This estimate includes order preparation, production and delivery; these stages are not added on top of the 7–10 working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Contrado-made pieces are sent by Standard Delivery; Express Delivery is not available for these products. For other eligible products, Express Delivery applies to delivery after dispatch and does not shorten production or preparation time. For other products and destinations, please refer to the estimates shown on the product page; production or preparation time is separate from delivery unless stated otherwise. We’ll send tracking details when your order has been dispatched.
Customs and duties (EU)
Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may affect delivery times.
