Refund policy

At Cross to Bear London, we stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept returns on sale items or personalised pieces.

To start a return, contact us at info@ctblondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size where stock allows. Contact us before sending anything back.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return postage and resolve it promptly — no excuses.
