Refund policy

At Cross to Bear London, we stand behind everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Our additional 28-day returns offer does not apply to sale items. This does not affect your statutory rights, including cancellation rights for eligible online purchases or your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

To start a return, contact us at info@ctblondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size where stock allows. Contact us before sending anything back.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@ctblondon.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll explain the next steps and cover reasonable return postage where the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
